Scottish Hills is an existing neighborhood (not new construction), consisting of single-family homes in a quiet neighborhood off Lake Pine Drive and conveniently located near the Cary Parkway. It has a Town of Cary greenway winding through the neighborhood, and there is a pool and recreation center that residents can join. Also, right across from the pool, there is a Cary park with tennis, baseball field, picnic areas and a children's playground.
